Chitwan Tourism Hub Pvt Ltd is a newly formed land development company with a vision to build the first combined land development project in Chitwan, integrating newly built houses for both residential and commercial purposes. This visionary project spans 20 bighas of prime land, with future expansion plans beyond 50 bighas.
Initiated two years ago, our goal is to establish Nepal’s first Hotel Resort & Farmhouse City for both domestic and international tourism. Our visionary project will create thousands of job opportunities in hospitality, construction, and tourism sectors, significantly boosting Chitwan’s local economy.

Chairman / Founder
Harka Bahadur Tamang (Chairman) was born in Nuwakot district. Mr. Tamang brings over 40 years of expertise in real estate, land infrastructure, and sustainable development, making him a leading figure in Nepal’s real estate sector.
His projects have provided land to thousands of people for businesses and dream homes, many of which have stood the test of time for over four decades. Mr. Tamang owns stone mines spread across 500 ropanis and a block factory.
He is deeply committed to giving back to society through community development projects and hydropower investments. His work in renewable energy aims to bring long-term benefits to local communities by providing access to sustainable power sources.
His diversified portfolio includes: co-ownership of stone mines, hydropower investments, community development initiatives, and more.
